Working for BMW has always been a dream of mine, which is why I decided to do a voluntary student internship. The internship encouraged me to make decisions about my professional career, after which I decided to do an apprenticeship as an IT clerk at the BMW Group in Munich. After completing secondary school, I could not wait to begin my apprenticeship.

Shortly before starting my apprenticeship, I moved to the BMW dormitory in Munich. Of course, in the beginning, it was not an easy decision to move to a big city all by myself at such a young age, but one can quickly make friends here, especially in the accommodations of the BMW Group. The team training at the beginning of the apprenticeship did not only let us grow together as a group, but also created great friendships that still exist today.

The talent-oriented apprenticeship allows you to use your strengths in different departments, which above all promoted my motivation and gave me a lot of pleasure at work. Through the insights into many different departments, both in the commercial as well as in the IT area, I was able to highlight my personal preferences, which are decisive for my further career path. Because of the insights into various areas of the company, you always meet new colleagues, which means that the network is constantly growing.

In addition to my apprenticeship, I am completing the advanced technical college entrance qualification in Economics. Here, too, the BMW Group  always stands behind me and supports me in my educational path. After completing my degree as a Computer Science Specialist, I will throw myself into a new, exciting challenge in the Digital Design Department. Due to the wide range of possibilities and opportunities, there are no limits to what drives and motivates me.
