BMW Group Plant Regensburg.

A lot of different models and derivatives are produced at our plant in Regensburg – all on a single production line. Despite this diversity and complexity, this plant is one of our most modern and flexible plants. What many don’t know: Regensburg itself isn’t just the 4th largest city in Bavaria, it also has a beautiful old town, which is reminiscent of medieval times.

TAKEOVER GUARANTEE.

After you have completed your apprenticeship in one of our plants, we guarantee that you will be offered a permanent contract.

ATTRACTIVE REMUNERATION.

1st year: 1.175,13 €
2nd year: 1.235,13 €
3rd year: 1.312,13 €
4th year: 1.363,13 €

You will also receive a holiday and Christmas bonus and, from the second year onwards, even a profit share.

APPRENTICE VEHICLE RENTAL.

With us, you have the opportunity to rent or buy your dream car on particularly favourable apprentice conditions.

TRAVEL ALLOWANCE.

As an apprentice, you travel a lot. With us, your trips to vocational school are subsidised. Thus, you don't have to worry about high expenses and can enjoy your apprenticeship to the fullest!

COMPANY RESTAURANTS.

As an apprentice, you can look forward to a daily changing menu in our company restaurants. Further, various snacks and hot drinks are offered in the company's cafés. This is a particularly good way to spend the breaks together!

Application start.

The application start for an apprenticeship or a dual curriculum in 2025 is:

  • Apprenticeship: 26 July 2024 
  • Dual curriculum: 01 May 2024

Being fast, pays off. The earlier you apply, the higher the chances to follow your dream apprenticeship. Applying is only possible until all apprenticeship places are filled (no set time limit, except dual curriculum).
