- Independent implementation and planning of agile projects
- Analysis and evaluation of customer requirements from a commercial and IT perspective
- Further development of the BMW Group IT network, especially in the HR environment
- Expert knowledge of human behaviour in a business environment
- Acting responsibly in challenging decision-making situations
- Knowledge and application of behavioural and economic methods to solve conflicts and improve work processes
- Theoretical knowledge in exciting lectures of the study programme, such as social psychology, human resource management and research methods
