- Independent planning and implementation of agile IT projects
- Basic knowledge of the BMW IT world and participation in its further development

1st year
Start of practical work experience.

- Practical assignments in various areas of our company
2nd year
First and second semester.
- Now your studies begin!
- Your studies and practical placements will alternate. During the lecture period, you will be free to study. During the semester breaks, you will be doing practical placements at the company.
3rd year
Third and fourth semester.
- Similar procedure as in the first and second semesters
- Your studies and practical placements will alternate. During the lecture period, you will be free to study. During the semester breaks, you will be doing practical placements at the company.
4th year
Fifth and sixth semester.
5th Semester:
Practical semester, ~ 7 months of practical work experience at BMW

In our 'Talent Factory', IT students work together with apprentices and students from other professions. Here, we for example plan exciting innovations and digitalisation projects and also implement them independently.
You do not need any programming knowledge beforehand - that is what I am here for! Because with me, you can easily learn the basics of programming. Our apprentices and dual students have already taught me a trick or two.
In general, it is important to be willing to learn and open to new things. I have developed greatly at BMW, both professionally and personally. So be open, be interested and ask questions – that way you can learn from the experiences of others.
