Insights from the team
Hear from our apprentices.
During my apprenticeship, it was important to me to use the time intensively and gain as many insights as possible. Therefore, I completed more than nine different placements in various areas. Today, I work in Supply Chain Planning, Reporting & Analytics within the Aftersales sector and am responsible for the digitalisation of global processes. Among other things, I am currently implementing a chatbot. The knowledge and diverse experiences from my training still help me to independently further develop these solutions. I also continue to benefit from my network to this day.
We learn programming in school and can then apply it directly here at BMW. We have totally modern technical equipment at our disposal for this purpose.
The profession of a Digitalisation Management Clerk combines two areas: After my apprenticeship, I will be a graduate in Business Administration and a programmer in one.
