Our Thesis Award recognises outstanding Master's students and enables them to join the company on a permanent basis. If you are one of the award-winning talents, you will be given internal candidate status and can be seamlessly taken on as a permanent employee.

Please note: The Thesis Award is not a programme for which you can apply directly. You will have the opportunity to qualify for it as soon as you join the BMW Group as a Master's student.

Application.
- Evaluation of interdisciplinary criteria & characteristics using the dual control principle (supervisor & interface partner)
- Preparation of an exposé for the Master's thesis
- Submission of documents in the application system

Online test.
In an online test, we primarily assess analytical skills. You do not need to prepare for this test.

Professional evaluation.
Doctoral staff members in the department conduct a professional evaluation of the master's thesis according to dual control principle.

Decision & Award.
Congratulations, you did it! As part of a celebratory awards ceremony, you win the Thesis Award and receive internal applicant status.
