AcceleratiON Program - Methods / Battery Module

What awaits you?
- Supporting, enabling, and securing joining processes during product integration, as well as managing incoming product and process changes within the scope of High Voltage Battery Generation 6 at the site, supporting the function “High Voltage Battery Production Generation 6.”
- Responsible for transferring reference parameters (process specifications) to series systems, ensuring compliance and proper documentation during series operation, in alignment with the function “High Voltage Battery Production.”
- Responsible for continuous monitoring of process data related to the relevant joining and testing processes.
- Provide support to methods, process planning, maintenance, and production teams in eliminating complex faults.
- Performing big data analysis from production data, maintenance of PowerBi-Dashboards.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering of Mechatronic, Chemistry, Mechanic, Electric or a related field.
- Readiness for an international career.
- 4+ months of international experience (e.g. studies, practical experience, work & travel).
- 1+ years of experience.
- We are seeking recent graduates with less than one year of post-graduation work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentation skills, and data calculation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in electrical and mechanical design of machines.
- Fluency in English.
