What keeps me motivated and curious in this field is seeing how important the work we’re doing is. When you look at climate change, global warming, and the effect it has on the crises we’ve been seeing around the world – that’s what keeps us motivated to keep going with the development.
The apprenticeship is a dream for me! I’m learning so much about myself, but also about lots of new areas I’ve never explored before. I’m in my third year now, and I still love it just like on day one. So, you should apply at BMW too!
