As Performance Management Trainee you will play a crucial part in driving financial performance and operational excellence across various departments, including Sales, Aftersales, and Network Development. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing financial statements, calculating key performance indicators, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in data management and reporting will be essential in identifying potential deviations and implementing continuous improvements in our internal processes. What awaits you?

• Gather and analyze financial statements, identifying potential deviations.
• Calculate and rank Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Sales, Aftersales, Voice of Customer (VoC), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Network Development, and Training departments.
• Collect and clean OpEx databases from Mexico, Italy, Brazil, and Argentina.
• Program Excel macros for report generation.
• Drive continuous improvement of internal processes.
• Conduct financial performance analysis of the dealer network, delivering necessary monthly reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in macro programming.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages.
