As a Quality Specialist, at BMW Group Plant Debrecen you're a crucial part of our vision to revolutionize the way we think about cars.
What awaits you?
- Work environment – the team operates in a dedicated workshop designed specifically for their needs, featuring a spacious area equipped with test vehicles and equipments. Additionally, the team conducts vehicle testing on a specialized test track.
- Team: you will be part of a team of over 20 engineers focused on the comprehensive testing and validation of vehicle functionalities.
- Measurement System Setup – set up measurement systems by installing PCs and equipments in vehicles, updating software, and verifying functionality to ensure reliable signal tracing between ECUs.
- Electronics testing – conducting functional testing of the measurement equipment (static and dynamic) for electric / electronic systems and components (ECU) of the vehicle, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
- Funkcionality checks – drive the test cars, check and ensure that the measurement tools and systems are working properly during the testing phases.
- Supporting the team – you will provide technical and professional support to the total vehicle quality engineer team.
What should you bring along?
- Education – Master or Bachelor degree in information technology, engineering (electrical / mechatronics) or similar technical discipline.
- Work experience – at least 2 years of experience in configuring and utilizing test equipment effectively for measurement and analysis tasks in the field of Electric and Electronics, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Work schedule – You are open to working flexible hours.
- Language skills: fluent English in speaking and writing, Hungarian or German language knowledge would be
- Quality tools – good understanding of quality methods (FMEA, Risk Management, etc.)
- Driver’s licence – you have a category B driver's license. A driving qualification is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
