The BMW Crowd Innovation Platform enables innovators to tap into the swarm intelligence of BMW internal and external innovation crowds. New ideas and technical solutions for solving current and future problems can be submitted and managed. We regularly launch calls for ideas across the BMW Group, focused on strategically relevant topics.

What awaits you?

• You support the Lead of Crowd Innovation and the Open Innovation team in managing the BMW Crowd Innovation Platform.
• Contribute to optimizing the BMW Crowd Innovation Platform with a hands-on approach and an eagle eye – constantly strive for an even better user experience by spotting and implementing optimizing potential.
• Assist BMW Departments worldwide in conceptualizing and implementing structured calls for ideas on the Crowd Innovation Platform.
• Engage actively with the BMW Crowd on the Platform in an supporting role of a moderator and ideation manager.
• Set the standards: Contribute to setting standards for the ideation process, for the crowd communication approaches, and for the Crowd Innovation Platform content.
• Experience collaboration in the dynamic and low-hierarchy Open Innovation team. Contribute to the communication work stream as well as the early validation (BMW Incubator) and project piloting (Business Building) work streams.

What should you bring along?

• Ongoing studies or a degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Marketing, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, passion for 'Build-Measure-Learn,' and willingness to take responsibility from day one.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A strong interest in automotive R&D, particularly in areas like Open Innovation, Lean Startup, or Crowdsourcing.
• Fluency in both English and German.
• A structured way of working and outstanding academic performance.
