We, the BMW Group, offer you an interesting and varied internship in the area of The New Retail Core Team to implement our new digital processes and systems in close collaboration with our European markets.

The New Retail is a comprehensive initiative to introduce a customer-centric direct sales model in Europe. New concepts, processes and systems have been developed and need to be implemented in each of the markets. A key area will be the digitalization of the BMW Group Retail-system.

 

What can you expect?

  • Be part of the sales model transformation of the BMW Group.
  • Work in a dynamic and international environment with cutting edge concepts, processes, and tools.
  • As part of your internship, you will support the planning and design of future sales channel development within the BMW Group.
  • You will coordinate and document international meetings with market representatives and organize workshops.
  • You will help the project go live with milestone planning, communication and rollout measures.
  • You will support the ramp up of our implementation monitoring as well as the project team with preparing concepts of documents.

 

What do we expect from you?

  • Degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study.Team and communication skills.
  • Structured and independent way of working and analytical skills.
  • Interest in working at the interface between business administration and IT.
  • Interest in sales topics and in interacting with colleagues in the European sales companies.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English and familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience in agile working methods and in-depth knowledge of using the Atlassian Tool Suite (Jira, Confluence) are an advantage.
