The past three and a half hears have been filled with different experiences, firstly spending five weeks at MINI Plant Oxford in their Maintenance team, learning how to maintain different systems, and to my highlight, taking part in BMW’s ‘MOVE’ program in South Africa.

Maintenance Apprentice at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Goodwood

During my time as an apprentice, I had the opportunity to complete over 10 different placements. Although I was primarily based at MINI Plant Oxford, I was also lucky enough to spend two months working at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, two months working at Summit ONE in Farnborough and six weeks working abroad at the BMW Plant Regensburg, Germany.
