Our Purchasing & VM team collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to oversee the entire procurement process, such as supplier nomination and price negotiations, while ensuring optimal procurement that reflects business requirements. Beyond purchasing activities, we also perform vendor risk and contract management throughout the entire contract lifecycle, including pre-outsourcing preparation.
우리 Purchasing & VM 팀은 내부 이해관계자 및 공급업체와 긴밀한 협력을 통해 업체 선정, 가격 협상 등 구매 프로세스 전반을 담당하며 현업의 요구사항을 잘 반영한 최적의 구매를 진행하고 있습니다. 단순히 구매 절차뿐만 아니라, 아웃소싱을 위한 사전 준비기간 및 계약기간 전반에 걸쳐 공급업체 리스크 및 계약 관리를 함께 수행합니다.

What awaits you?

• Resolve the internal user’s inquiries related Coupa and SAP IFT and raise ITSM ticket if it is required.
  Coupa (글로벌 구매 플랫폼), SAP IFT (비용 처리 시스템) 관련한 현업 담당자의 문의에 응대하고, 필요 시 ITSM 티켓을 생성하여 후처리를 도와줍니다.
• Update Purchasing & VM manuals for intern and business department.
  팀 내의 매뉴얼을 주기적으로 업데이트합니다.
• Supplier information change – add email.
  시스템 내 업체 정보를 수정합니다.
• Validates the accuracy of the contract list data weekly.
  매주 전사 계약리스트의 데이터 이상 여부를 확인합니다.
• SAP IFT handling.
  IFT PO 발행내역을 (분기별/업체별_adhoc) 추출하여 1차 분석을 진행하고, 필요 시 내부 커뮤니케이션을 진행합니다.

What should you bring along?

• Native-level fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  원어민 수준의 한국어 능력을 보유하신 분
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
  영어와 한국어로 뛰어난 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력을 보유하신 분
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products
  엑셀 및 기타 MS Office 사용에 능숙하신 분
• Interests in Indirect Purchasing with Analytical skills/Strategic thinking
  간접 구매에 관심이 있으며, 분석적이고 전략적인 사고 능력을 갖추신 분
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  빠르게 변화하는 환경에서도 여러 업무를 동시에 관리할 수 있는 분
• A bachelor’s degree in Business or Purchasing is a plus
  경영 또는 구매 관련 전공 학사 학위를 소지하신 분 우대
