Our Controlling team is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and managing the company’s financial performance. Through various financial analyses, we aim for a balanced achievement of KPIs and support management’s strategic decision-making.

What awaits you?

• Generate monthly management reports for the Management Committee.
  월별 경영진 회의 보고용 보고서를 작성합니다.
• Gather global KPIs from relevant teams and report them to the Headquarters.
  팀별 Global 핵심성과지표를 취합하여 본사에 보고합니다.
• Update the PCII simulation tool to analyze the profitability of New Business.
  신규취급 수익성 분석을 위한 시뮬레이션 Tool의 월별 업데이트를 진행합니다.
• Regularly update the Company’s Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and track the achievement of KPIs.
  회사 주요 성과지표를 업데이트합니다.
• Ensure data quality for monthly Credit provisioning.
  월별 대손충당금 산정을 위한 기초 데이터 정합성을 확인합니다.
• Prepare various ad-hoc analyses and reports as requested.
  다양한 Ad-hoc 분석 업무를 지원합니다.
• Provide support to the Controlling team in their tasks.
  팀의 일반적인 업무를 지원합니다.

What should you bring along?

• Native-level fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  원어민 수준의 한국어 능력을 보유하신 분
• Mandatory understanding of Accounting and Finance principles
  회계 및 재무에 대한 이해가 있는 분
• Mandatory excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  영어로 뛰어난 구두 및 서면 커뮤니케이션 능력을 갖춘 분
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus
  엑셀과 파워포인트 사용이 능숙한 분 우대
• A major in Business Administration is a plus
  경영학 전공자 우대
