What awaits you?

• Assist with website management support, including updating financial product quotes and promotions used in marketing communications.
  커뮤니케이션에 사용되는 금융 상품 견적 및 프로모션 업데이트를 포함한 웹사이트 관리를 지원합니다.
• Plan and execute online events, including operations
  온라인 이벤트를 기획하고 집행합니다.
• Conduct basic competitive promotional market research to inform strategy and messaging.
  전략 및 메시지 수립에 필요한 기본적인 경쟁사 프로모션 시장 조사를 진행합니다.
• Support CRM campaign operations, including handling loyalty program inquiries and assisting with advertising approvals.
  로열티 프로그램 문의에 응대하고, 광고 심의 지원을 포함한 CRM 캠페인 운영을 보조합니다.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
  회의 일정을 관리하고, 자료를 준비하는 등 전반적인 팀 업무를 지원합니다.

What should you bring along?

• Native-level fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  원어민 수준의 한국어 능력을 보유하신 분
• Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate with the team
  긍정적이고 적극적인 자세를 갖추고 팀과의 협업 의지가 있는 분
• Fluent English communication skills 
  영어 의사소통 능력이 뛰어나신 분
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  Excel, PowerPoint, Word 등 OA 프로그램 활용에 능숙하신 분
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related experience/background in marketing-related roles
  경영학, 마케팅 전공 또는 마케팅 관련 업무 경험을 보유하신 분
• Content creation experience in newsletters, posters, or video is a plus
  뉴스레터, 포스터, 영상 등 콘텐츠 제작 경험 보유하신 분 우대
