Our Risk Management Team identifies and manages major risks arising from automotive financing and related financial businesses, including credit, residual value, operational, liquidity, and interest rate risks, by defining and maintaining risk‑specific management policies with continuous monitoring. The team also supports business operations and decision‑making through risk data analysis, KRI management, and close coordination with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.
우리 Risk Management 팀은 자동차금융 및 이와 연관된 금융 business에서 발생할 수 있는 신용위험, 차량의 잔존가치위험, 운영위험, 유동성 및 이자율위험 등을 식별하고, 각 위험항목에 맞는 적절한 관리정책을 수립하며, 이를 모니터링하는 업무를 수행합니다. 또한 리스크 관련 data 분석과 KRI(Key Risk Indicator) 관리, 내 외부 유관 부서 및 감독기관과 커뮤니케이션을 통해 안정적인 business 운영과 의사결정을 진행합니다.

What awaits you?

• Support operational risk management activities, including data collection, documentation, and system updates. 
  운영리스크 관리 업무를 지원하며 관련 자료 정리, 시스템 입력 및 관리 등을 담당합니다.
• Assist in monitoring and updating key risk Indicators (KRIs) and preparing risk reports.
  주요 리스크 지표 모니터링 및 업데이트를 담당하며, 리스크 보고 자료 작성을 지원합니다.
• Participate in internal meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-up tracking.  
  내부 미팅에 참석하여 회의록을 작성하며 후속 조치사항 관리를 지원합니다.
• Provide general risk administrative support.
  리스크 부서의 원활한 운영을 위한 오퍼레이션 업무를 지원합니다. 

What should you bring along?

• Native-level fluency in Korean is required to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  원어민 수준의 한국어 능력을 보유하신 분
• Proficiency in MS office tools especially Excel and Power point
  Excel, Powerpoint OA 프로그램을 활용한 데이터 및 자료 정리가 가능하신 분
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
  다양한 이해관계자와 원활하게 협업하고 소통할 수 있는 분
• Advanced English communication skill (verbal & written)
  영어 기반의 문서 작업이 가능 하신 분
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative
  주도적으로 배우고 적극적으로 업무에 참여할 수 있는 분  
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or related field is a plus
  경영학, 경제학 혹은 관련 전공의 학사 과정 재학생 및 졸업자 분 우대
