"The BMW Technical Training Center is unbelievable. The building looks like a big college. I see all kinds of robots there. I see all kind of training there. PLC, welding, rivit guns, all kind of stuff to learn and improve my skills.

I have never see one place like this in my life. I have worked in Maintenance  for 32 years. I'm from Brazil and attended many schools and college trainings, but nothing  compares with what we have here. It is crazy, it is unbelievable.

I like the integration of BMW training with both new and experienced associates. When you come here, you need to change your mentality and understand the way BMW works. When I work with new team members, I can teach them about my experience and I can learn from them.

We created one team with our shared experiences and this mindset is how we grow our team together."
