With BMW, you'II be able to put your talent to work, experience our working culture up close, and develop the knowledge to be considered for a full-time BMW associate position.

The Automotive Manufacturing Certificate Program is a one-year long program that allows you to attend courses at a local partner college while working part-time within different technologies at BMW Manufacturing and receiving BMW-specific trainings. After successful completion of the program, students will have earned a certificate in advanced manufacturing and a certificate in manufacturing operations from the U.S. Department of Labor. Further, students will become preferred candidates for production associate positions here at Plant Spartanburg.

"BMW’s new Automotive Manufacturing Certificate Program opens yet another avenue for qualified candidates to join our team. This unique, one-year program prepares potential team members by weaving together a curriculum at one of our partner technical colleges with on-the-job training at BMW to provide a foundation for a manufacturing career. At the completion of the program, each participant earns an Advanced Manufacturing Certificate and an opportunity to either join our team or use the certificate towards the completion of an advanced degree. Both options open the pathway for a rewarding career in manufacturing at BMW."
