WHAT AWAITS YOU.

  • Contribute to the growth of strategic partnerships and business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, clients, and sectors

  • Support integration of AI tools into core business operations to increase efficiency, insight generation, and opportunity tracking

  • Assist in financial modeling, proposal development, and performance tracking to enable data-informed decision-making in client engagement

  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support new business pursuits and evaluate potential client partnerships

  • Assist in the evaluation and deployment of AI-enabled tools that improve internal workflows, data management, and outreach strategies

  • Create business cases, pitch decks, and proposal summaries in coordination with senior partnering and finance leads

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING.

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master’s degree program at an accredited college or university 

  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)

  • Have completed at least 60 college credits or be at least a rising Junior

  • Field of study: Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Strategy, Finance, or related fields

  • Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript

  • Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)

  • Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)

  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments

  • Preferred: familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and AI or automation software (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI)

This is a full-time internship position for our Summer/ Fall Rotation, from July 14, 2025 through December 12, 2025 in Santa Monica, CA.

 

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $29.90

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $36.80

The selected student's academic level will be used to determine the final pay rate. This statement is in accordance with state and local pay disclosure requirements.
