As a graduate in Aftersales – Ownership Services, you’ll receive all the training you need to succeed, and you’ll have the opportunity to influence key stakeholders, such as dealers, regional teams and colleagues – all while helping us continuously improve the quality and range of our services and transforming customers into delighted ambassadors for our brand.
If you join us in Aftersales - Ownership Services as part of the 2023 Graduate Programme, you will be based at the Home of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Goodwood, near Chichester.
