Fostering a great culture.

We value our associates and stakeholders with appreciation and respect. As a global company, we put our associates first with ongoing training and development to ensure a culture of respect, trust and fairness. It is our aim to ensure all new associates become a part of our dynamic and ever changing environment where we welcome strong characters and individual personalities.

Our Core Values.

Openness.

We are excited by change and open to new opportunities. We learn from our mistakes in order to create our future. We take our colleagues' ideas seriously, because every little impulse can turn into something great.

Transparency.

We do not embellish, but point out contradictions constructively. We act with integrity and talk to each other. This is the only way to create trust and bring our visions onto the streets.

Responsibility.

We take consistent decisions and commit to them personally. This allows us to work freely and more effectively. By taking responsibility for our own projects, we can develop ourselves further personally.

Trust.

We trust and rely on each other. We are a team that sticks together and only grows together. This is essential if we are to act swiftly and achieve our goals which take us further.

Appreciation.

We reflect on our actions and respect each other. Clarity, feedback and celebrating each other's success are crucial for a positive working atmosphere. Every individual makes a difference.

Equal Opportunities.

For us, different perspectives and talents are key to our success. Just as our customers, suppliers, investors and partners around the globe are unique, so too are our teams – bringing fresh energy every day and putting a smile on our customers’ faces.

Cultural Background.

We actively encourage cultural exchange. The variety of cultures within our workforce not only helps us to better understand the specific needs of our customers in different markets and to align our products accordingly, but it also enables us to respond quickly and flexibly to new demands.

Age & Experience.

We foster intergenerational collaboration to encourage valuable exchange and unlock the full potential of our talent. In addition, our company health management programmes and flexible working time models help our people plan their careers according to their individual life stages.

Physical and Mental Abilities.

It is our mission to offer an inclusive and barrier-free working environment. We want all talents to feel comfortable and to bring their unique perspectives to creative processes. Not least through digitalisation, we are improving working conditions for colleagues with disabilities.

Impressions of our Diversity Day in Hungary
Equal Opportunities: Event in Hungary.
We see equal opportunities as our main strength. A multi-cultural workforce brings different perspectives, experiences, and skills to the daily work – and thus reinforces the innovative strength and competitiveness of our company. Our Hungarian team has organised an event where our colleagues committed to these values by signatures. The day was very special thanks to rally driver Zoltan Bessenyey and his motivational speech. The day contained not only an informative programme but also interesting talks and networking opportunities.

International Women's Day Greece.
International Women's Day is an opportunity to highlight and acknowledge the vital role our female colleagues play in propelling the BMW Hellas team forward. We celebrate the contribution of our female colleagues by creating a special day in the office that promotes relaxation and well-being, uniting mind, body, and spirit.

Green City Islands / Slovakia.
Traffic islands fulfill an important safety function, but they usually have an asphalt surface, which unnecessarily creates additional areas that overheat in the summer. So the city of Bratislava decided to change this. Step by step the concrete filling of the islands is going to be replaced with clay, in which greenery is planted, and broken curbs are reconstructed or replaced with new ones. In short, the climate wins and it also looks good! Our colleagues are supporting this project by cleaning the islands so that they can then be planted.
