BMW Group Polska/BMW Vertriebs GmbH Sp. z o.o. Oddział w Polsce began its operations on the Polish market in 2003 and is the official representative of the BMW, MINI, and BMW Motorrad brands. BMW Group Polska offers the full range of cars, motorcycles, and original parts and accessories in our market. The extensive dealer network covers all major cities in Poland, providing customer service at the highest level.

BMW Financial Services Polska belongs to the BMW Group and specializes in providing financial services for the automotive sector. The range of products and services is addressed to both individual customers and entrepreneurs. It includes operational leasing, financial leasing and insurance services. BMW Financial Services also offers business mobility services to its clients under the Alphabet brand. The product portfolio includes full-service operational leasing, long-term rental and fleet management of all brands of vehicles available on the Polish market. The company's priority is customer satisfaction and providing them with the joy of driving their dream car model. To meet their expectations, BMW Financial Services focuses on an attractive and wide offer, flexibility, easy availability and high quality of service. The company in Poland was founded in 2012 and currently employs over 100 employees.

The BMW Group in Poland is located in Warsaw. The extensive and efficient public transport system allows for easy, fast and inexpensive movement around the city, which makes the commute to work from various parts of the city effective. The office is situated in Mokotów, a dynamically developing district, full of an urban lifestyle. You can find numerous restaurants, cafes, shops and entertainment venues here that attract residents and tourists. It is around 15 minutes from the airport. The space has several conference rooms and single-person rooms to ensure comfort and a high level of work.

My 11-year journey with the BMW Group has been both dynamic and rewarding. I began as a Customer Support Area Manager, focusing on optimizing dealership operations and improving customer satisfaction across my assigned region. After four years, I was promoted to Customer Support Director, where I took on greater responsibility, leading teams and driving revenue growth through effective Customer Support strategies. Currently, I serve as Sales Director, where I am responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the continued success of the sales department. This journey has allowed me to continuously develop my skills, expand my knowledge, and grow professionally. What I value most is working in an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and shared success, making every challenge an opportunity to excel.

Cars have been my passion since childhood. I started as an intern at the BMW Group. Since then, I have developed my experience in the automotive industry, starting in the Customer Support department and progressing through various positions. Currently, I am responsible for our product portfolio for BMW and MINI brands.
