Our Entity in Romania.

BMW Romania S.R.L. was founded in 2007. The company, based in Bucharest, is the direct representative of the manufacturer BMW Group in Romania and it is responsible for sales and services in connection with the BMW and MINI car brands, and BMW Motorrad motorcycles. The network of partners consists of authorized dealers and authorized service operations of the given premium brands in Romania.

BMW has a special history in Romania, with origins already starting in the pre-war era that included successful dealerships in Bucharest city center, glamourous international races on Bucharest streets and successful Romanian BMW racing drivers.

BMW Group in Romania is located in the Northen part of the city, in the business district of the city, near to the two Bucharest airports, and close to the biggest commercial area of the city – Băneasa Shopping City.

It is one of the modern, rapid growing part of the city, with expanding infrastructure, located closely to several modern residential projects. The expanding underground infrastructure will offer fast connection to the city center.

I started working for BMW Group Bulgaria 6 years ago, in the Customer Support department. In 2019, just a year after I started with the company, I had the opportunity to join the Dealer Development team at the BMW Group Regional Headquarters in Salzburg, Austria. In 2020 I took over my current role as Dealer Development Manager for Bulgaria and Romania, being based in Bucharest. In just a few years, I had the opportunity to work in three countries, experience different cultures and meet very interesting colleagues. My experience with BMW is already a beautiful and complex journey, I am looking forward to following this path further.

Dynamic is the best word that describes my experience with the company – dynamic and sporty products; dynamic, continuously evolving, and fascinating brands; a dynamic and highly engaged team. Also my career path was dynamic – I had the possibility to grow inside the company, to participate at international training programs and to experience several positions inside the Sales and Marketing teams. And yes, I drive a dynamic company car, what else?

I am one of the four colleagues that are still part of BMW Group Romania’s team since the company was founded, in 2007. The fact that such a big part of the team is still with the company after almost 20 years, shows that we were an amazing crew right from the start. Since the beginning, I was part of marketing and I witnessed BMW and MINI transformation into digital, sophisticated, always modern brands. Through the years we did a long series of amazing projects, yet I am continuously learning. We are growing as a team, but somehow one thing remains the same – most of the colleagues who join us remain with the team.

Since than I am responsible for the PR department of BMW Group Romania. I feel that I am part now of a great family and a great tradition of car enthusiasts. It is an incredible adventure, I am constantly learning, I can express myself professionally and create incredible projects, while also making many friends around the world.
