As a Production Quality Engineer in the Technology Energy Module at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in ensuring that the energy module components meet perfect quality standards through meticulous preparation, processing, and component quality assurance.

What awaits you?

• Work environment – you analyse the daily quality issues in a  highly automated manufacturing environment. You will apply quality methods (machine capability testing, process performance evaluation), Ishikawa diagrams, etc.
• Team – you coordinate the problem solving team to improve quality assurance processes.
• Production support - you prepare process approvals after corrections, defect corrections, malfunctions or shutdowns.
• Documentation - you share standards for the results of the problem-solving process to ensure that they are also used in the BMW electromobility production network.
• Supplier Quality Control – you are responsible for the planning, scheduling and coordinating component investigations to support the problem-solving process with a focus on delivered parts.

What should you bring along?

• Educational Background - Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or technician with a comparable focus.
• Work Experience - At least three years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance with a very good understanding of manufacturing technology in serial production.
• Language skills: native-level Hungarian and fluent English are required. German language knowledge would be an advantage.
• Work schedule – flexible work schedule.
• Analytical skills: you are familiar with common problem-solving methods, data analysis and statistical techniques, and  you are proficient in related IT applications.
