LAUNCH THE MOST MODERN BMW GROUP PLANT WITH US!

JOIN OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM IN DEBRECEN.

The vision of BMW Group is not only to continuously improve the driving experience, but also to pursue ambitious sustainability goals. The key to achieving both goals lies in innovation, which will shape the future of sustainable mobility.

In line with these ambitions, we are building the newest plant of the BMW Group in Debrecen to the highest sustainability standards. In autumn 2024, we will start the trial operation, and in 2025, we will be the first in the world to launch series production of the Neue Klasse generation here in Debrecen. The new vehicle concept will play an important role in the transition to electric mobility and those who join our team now will be part of the green heroes of the future, helping to launch the state-of-the-art BMW Group plant and prepare our plant for the production of 150,000 "future-friendly" cars per year.

We're looking for hundreds of maintenance colleagues who are looking for new challenges, are eager to work with cutting-edge production methods and would like to turn their job into a profession.

Maintenance team member in BMW Group Plant Debrecen.

"Joining at an early stage of the project is a great experience, and I'm constantly facing new challenges. Many systems are still being built around us or we are building them, so my daily tasks are varied. Fortunately, we have a very good team who are dynamic and flexible enough to solve problems as they arise. I can count on their help at any time and despite the constant hustle and bustle, we can work together in a very easy and friendly atmosphere."

István

Maintenance team member in BMW Group Plant Debrecen.

"My job has given me an insight into the activities of the entire painted body department and I remember being surprised by the variety of tasks, activities and jobs in just this one department. I joined the project at a very early stage, so I had the opportunity to follow its development and changes, as well as to participate in many activities outside my regular duties. In carrying out these tasks, I have received all the necessary support from my managers and colleagues, and have gained a more holistic approach, new knowledge and experience, and last but not least, many experiences to remember."

Zoltán

"It is an honour to be among the first joiners. It's interesting to see the first colleagues arriving for each department and function. My induction programme and varied duties mean that my weekdays are not dull. I'm happy to be involved in the design and installation of the paint shop technology, so I can build up the right knowledge by the time production starts. My position gives me the opportunity for continuous professional development."

"Being part of the start-up team of a start-up factory is incredibly exciting. Not only do I get to follow along, but I get to be part of the process. All my colleagues are very helpful, we can work together as a real team. The colleagues working on the project, who have been involved for some time, have immediately involved me in the processes and give me their opinions, which is a professional honour."
