You can send us an application for one or several vacancies.
You can view all open positions in our “Job Finder”. The “apply now” button at the end of each job description takes you into the application process in the recruiting system. Only by submitting the application is your profile visible to the BMW Group Recruiting Team.
Once you have submitted your application for a vacancy on our careers page, our team will review your CV to check that your experience and skills match the job requirements. If they do, you will be invited to take part in a telephone interview. If you pass these first two stages, your CV will be sent to the hiring manager.
Once the hiring manager has reviewed your CV, you will be invited to an interview/assessment centre, where you will have the chance to meet our team in person, introduce yourself and demonstrate your skills and experience.
A telephone interview may be the first step towards a selection day or face-to-face interview. The applicant will receive a phone call from the HR department or the hiring department. The conversation focuses on the candidate's professional background, their specialist knowledge and suitability for the job in question. The telephone call also provides the chance for any additional questions on either side to be answered.
