The press shop is the first step in car manufacturing, where high-strength steel and aluminum are cut to size and transformed into various body components. The press machines shape and cut the sheets through multiple processes to achieve the desired shape – these can be roofs, hoods, side frames, or numerous smaller parts for the body. The professionals working here use the most modern technologies to ensure the fundamental structural integrity of the vehicles.

The car manufacturing process consists of several phases, requiring precision and quality expertise. The technology process in the body shop begins with the merging of the front section, middle floor, and rear part, followed by adding the side frame and roof to form the complete body cell. The lower body area heavily relies on the latest joining technologies such as spot and stud welding, rivet bonding, screwing, and structural sealing. These processes provide a strong platform that guarantees the dimensional integrity of the vehicle and delivers a high-quality product to our customers.

The paint shop is where BMW cars receive their color and are prepared for their shiny appearance. The paint is applied in multiple layers after intensive pre-treatment and cleaning. These layers are environmentally friendly, providing color and shine, as well as protection against external effects such as stone chips or corrosion. The paint shop's task is to ensure a selection that meets customer expectations and premium paint quality, continuously striving to produce flawless products.

The energy module section is where we build the energy modules for the new generation of electric cars. The energy modules consist of nearly 1000 unique cells and are produced in a highly automated manufacturing environment guided by experts. We apply advanced technological processes such as bonding, welding, and riveting. The energy modules provide the necessary power and efficiency for BMW electric vehicles and are integrated during vehicle assembly.

The assembly plant is where the painted body enters the assembly line and goes through various assembly processes, such as assembling decorative elements, doors, upper installation, final, and finishing processes. The assembly teams organize into groups with high responsibility levels and clear goals, consisting of highly skilled and motivated employees committed to achieving targets. During assembly, every component of the vehicle is put in place, including the high-voltage batteries manufactured in the energy module section, ensuring the final product meets BMW's stringent quality requirements.
