Depending on the position, we work with an individual set of criteria in the selection process. In the end, it’s the candidate’s overall impression that counts – this depends on how well the knowledge, characteristics and abilities of the candidate fit our defined requirements. We are always looking for qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, cultural background, sexual orientation, or disability. All applicants are welcome!
Interviews and assessments are a part of our process. We believe you are more than your CV profile. Therefore, we are using tests to make sure our selection process is as objective an unbiased as possible, and to let your true potential and personality shine through.
We see the interview as a two-way process. It allows us to learn about your skills and personality, but it also gives you the opportunity to get to know the BMW Group as an employer and find out if it’s the right place for you to grow and develop.
Our final candidates undergo reference and background checks. The background check includes for example identity control, verification of qualification, credit checks, and criminal records checks.
As the final step we agree on the employment terms and salary offered as well as arrange for the job contract signing. Afterwards, we introduce you to your future team and look forward to welcoming you onboard on your first day at the BMW Group.
