Automotive Industry was completely new to me when I joined BMW Group India over 14 years ago. My passion has been to interact, build and continuously nurture the relationships with colleagues and customers. BMW gave me an excellent opportunity to amalgamate my passion professionally with its strong brand value, great product diversity, extremely customer centric focus and above all future technology readiness leadership.
My journey started as a team member and now I lead a big team which focuses on both Sales and Customer Centricity. BMW has given me great experience and projects to drive with entrepreneurial approach which has brought success to the brand and exceeded customer expectations. Also, working with people from different nationalities and market experiences has always added a global perspective for me and my team.
My everyday fuel for work is BMW as a brand, as an employer, as a customer centric organization, my team and above all the freedom with trust given to each of us.
Success is best when it is shared – my BMW journey has always been rewarding as the company offers not only great people to work with, great projects to deliver but also gives us opportunities to grow and reward in many ways like excellent facility, perks, positive vibes, cultures and great benefits for my personal career growth path.
In my free time, I love to spend time in nature and with my family and contribute to the society as BMW also allows different avenues for these initiatives.
