The BMW China Technical Trainee Program is a young talent development program. It aims to cultivate young talents in the automotive field through job rotation in key functions and comprehensive trainings in both technical skills and soft skills.
Trainees will be enabled to quickly understand BMW China’s core functions through a job rotation. During this period, systematic professional on-the-job technical training and soft skills training are also provided to help trainees rapidly improve their experience and skills and achieve a smooth transition from campus to workplace. Through their own efforts, they have now become the backbone of the company's various professional and technical fields.
