Quality Management system

Lead and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BMW corporate standards, including audit coordination, corrective actions, and document control. Act as the key liaison for implementing updates, driving continuous improvement, and promoting customer and quality awareness across the plant.

What awaits you?

• Lead the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and BMW corporate standards.
• Act as the Responsible Management Representative and Lead Auditor, coordinating internal and external audits to ensure system conformity and effectiveness.
• Identify nonconformities in parts, products, and processes; initiate corrective actions and monitor their effectiveness to meet quality objectives.
• Manage the Document Control System (GDMS) and record retention, ensuring documentation meets BMW standards and is regularly updated and approved.
• Oversee the Problem Management Process (TMP) and drive resolution of quality and environmental issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Promote awareness of customer requirements and ensure alignment with plant quality and environmental goals.
• Receive and implement updates on standards and management system requirements from headquarters, driving necessary changes within the organization.

What should you bring along?

• • University degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering. Preferably master’s in operations management.
  • Hands on Experience (5-8 years) in Production/Engineering/Quality
  • Familiar with technical processes and manufacturing principles.
  • Familiar with quality control and quality assurance principles, problem solving tools and improvement techniques.
  • Strong and friendly leadership skills emphasis capability to work and lead in teams.
  • Good personnel management, excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of problem solving and the application of quality tools / processes.
