As a Reworker at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in revolutionizing the way we think about driving.

What awaits you?

• Work Environment – You work on a highly automated production line equipped with robots, which are set up, operated, and maintained by our team to ensure top-level quality.
• Quality Control – You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle’s exterior surfaces are flawless and meet BMW’s quality standards and inspection plans.
• Troubleshooting and Diagnostics - You identify and correct paint and surface defects on the car body.
• Use of Equipment – You carry out visual and tactile inspections, including masking and surface preparation tasks in the paint shop.
• Process Quality Control & Adjustments – You take part in quality checks during production and perform necessary adjustments based on work instructions and process plans.
• Documentation – You electronically record all repair activities in line with our internal reporting standards
• Continuous Training – You participate in our comprehensive training program to ensure you’re fully prepared for your role.
• Process Optimization – You contribute to improving production quality and are encouraged to share suggestions that support continuous improvement.

What should you bring along?

• Educational Background - You have successfully completed secondary vocational education.
• Work Experience – You have experience identifying and repairing paint and surface defects on car bodies.
• Technical Skills – You have experience in geometry and measurement tasks, machining, as well as using sanding and polishing tools and machines, especially in the automotive industry. Familiarity with welding tools is a plus.
• Precision & Teamwork – You pay close attention to detail and are able to work and communicate effectively within a team.
• Language Skills – Native-level Hungarian required, knowledge of English or German is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Working in shifts – You are willing to work in alternating shifts once production begins.
