Your online application.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to apply. The information from your CV will automatically recognised and transferred into the relevant fields. We don’t require a cover letter; instead, we will ask you a few questions to help us better understand your motivation and professional skills. Once you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail so you know we’ve received it. From there, your application will be in the hands of our recruiting team.
Review by our recruiting team.
Our recruiters carefully review all applications and compare your qualifications with our requirements for the role. We pay particular attention to your answers in the online application. If you are a good fit for the position, we would be delighted to meet you in person. If you’re not selected, it doesn’t mean you’re not right for us – it simply means that, for this particular role, other candidates were a closer match. We encourage you to stay in touch with us through our job alerts and to apply again when a suitable opportunity arises.
Getting to know you.
If you make it through the initial stage, we’ll invite you for a personal interview. This is a chance to discuss any open questions and talk about your salary expectations. In the first interview, you’ll meet your potential manager. We want to find out how well your skills match our requirements and whether you’ll be able to bring your personality to our team. If the first interview goes well, we’ll invite you to take part in an assessment before the second interview. This will focus on your personality type and, depending on the role, may also include an evaluation of your cognitive abilities.
Tips for your application.

This will show us your interest and motivation to become part of the team.
