As an important part of the international BMW Group network, our Swiss location is home not only to the BMW brand, but also to MINI, BMW Motorrad, BMW Financial Services and our fleet business, Alphabet. Our headquarters is located in Dielsdorf, from where we coordinate all our activities across Switzerland. We also operate a training centre in Zofingen, which is about 45 minutes from our headquarters. BMW Group Switzerland is at the heart of the BMW brand in the Swiss market. As the National Sales Company, around 200 colleagues are responsible for the import and distribution of the BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands. Together with a nationwide network of independent dealers, we ensure that our customers across Switzerland benefit from first-class service and a comprehensive range of services. As a strong entity within the BMW Group, we are always striving to expand our market leadership in the premium segment. Through our subsidiary, BMW Financial Services, we offer tailored financing and leasing solutions that make it easier for our customers to purchase their dream vehicles. Our core business areas include providing credit financing and leasing for BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad vehicles. In addition, we offer our customers a selection of insurance and banking products, and we serve as an important partner for the international sales and trading organisation. Our Swiss Financial Services team is made up of around 150 highly motivated and qualified colleagues, all united by a shared passion for delivering outstanding service.
Alphabet is one of the fastest-growing international providers of business mobility solutions for vehicles of all brands. Founded in the UK in 1997, the company has been operating in Switzerland since 1999. Today, as part of the BMW Group, we manage around 650,000 vehicles across 19 countries. Our portfolio includes comprehensive vehicle financing and fleet management products, complemented by innovative business mobility solutions. Looking to the future, we are actively shaping emerging markets such as electromobility, mobility applications and car sharing, continuously adapting our offerings to meet the increasingly complex and dynamic mobility needs of our business customers.
ALPHERA Financial Services was founded in 2001 by BMW Group Financial Services to make the extensive experience of the world's leading provider of financial services for BMW customers accessible to buyers of other brands as well. We offer tailored financing solutions in leasing and credit for cars and motorcycles, regardless of manufacturer and brand. Our offerings include both new vehicles and used cars.

Opened in 2005, our Dielsdorf location serves as the main office and administrative centre for BMW Group Switzerland. It houses the offices of all our entities and is the professional home to over 400 dedicated colleagues.
From here, we coordinate Swiss operations for our BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad brands. Dielsdorf is where key strategic and operational tasks are managed, spanning departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and IT. The site offers a diverse and dynamic working environment that contributes to our company’s innovation and success. Zofingen training centre.
Our Training Center in Zofingen is an inspiring place that offers specialized training and certifications for dealers from Switzerland. Participants also have the opportunity to experience the latest innovations of our BMW Group vehicles through various driving activities. Here, visitors can drive the newest models themselves and discover innovative technologies. The training focuses on advanced innovations, workplace safety, and enhancing driving pleasure.
