We offer structured 8 - 12 month programs designed to complement your theoretical studies and support your personal development by providing you with real hands-on experience of working as part of a dynamic team. We actively recruit students from a variety of disciplines who are, above all, passionate about our cars and working in the automotive industry.

The program is open to current students or recent graduates who have culminated their studies within the last 12 months in a Bachelor, Masters or PhD course.
