What’s special about working at BMW Canada?

The people! One of the first things I noticed on my first day was how welcoming, kind, and genuine everyone is. I’m very thankful for the friendships I have made here at BMW Group Canada. One thing I noticed specifically is that your colleagues don’t think of you, or treat you as an ‘intern’. You are noticed, respected, and treated as an equal! Oh, and I guess having opportunities to drive cool cars is a perk too.

What does it take to be successful here?

To be successful, don’t shy away from new tasks and challenges, the more questions you have, the better. There are a lot of opportunities at BMW Group Canada to work with other teams and departments. This significantly helps you expand your knowledge and understanding of the company, and develops new friendships across departments. The effort you put into your tasks never goes un-noticed, and you feel appreciated. The more you give, the more you receive new and exciting opportunities.
