What have you enjoyed most working at BMW Group?

My favourite thing about working at BMW is the friendships and connections that I have made here. The organization makes an effort to bring together our work family through company-wide lunches, Family Feud tournaments, pumpkin carving contests, ball hockey tournaments, and the list goes on. While I do enjoy my job and having the opportunity to drive incredible vehicles, being surrounded by great people truly elevates the BMW experience!

The amount of responsibility that you can take on in your role is no doubt one of the most special things about working at BMW. Aside from responsibility, a great thing about working at BMW is that you have the freedom to explore a role or career path outside of what you were initially hired for.
