What have you enjoyed most working at BMW Group Canada? What gets you most excited about coming to work?

The digitalization projects that I have been apart of, knowing that they are fundamentally shifting the way our organization functions. Whether that be for our Retail Partners or for our own internal Stakeholders, I am proud to see the projects that I have led come to life. 

 

What’s special about working at BMW Group Canada?

In the roles that I have worked in, no day is ever the same. The variety of things keeps each day exciting and brings a wide range of challenges to work through. 

 

What surprised you the most or made you the happiest about working at BMW Group Canada?

My first visit to Munich, it made me so proud to go to the 4 Cylinder building or the BMW Welt knowing that I work for the brand. 

 

How would you describe the company culture of BMW Group Canada?

We are a team that works hard and likes to challenge each other in some friendly competition (i.e., Roundel cup, BMW soccer team).

 

Please describe your career path within the BMW Group Canada! What has your career journey been like? How has the organization helped with your professional development?

I started as the Retailer Systems Manager, moved to Manager, CRM Systems and now am the Manager, CRM & Campaign Operations. Each role has added to the foundation of knowledge that I have about our organization, and I leverage all my past experience in my role today. I have also been lucky to take part in a number of training / workshops related to fostering the ‘Be More BMW’ mindset or become a more supportive people manager.
