Applications for the Italian companies are submitted online. Please send us your application and attach your resume using the button that you can find in the job advertisement (see below). During the screening process, we will check whether your education, professional experience and seniority fit with the position. Feedback is provided for every step of the selection process, even in case of a negative outcome. We look forward to receiving your résumé soon!
Preselection and the first interview.
After the first screening, our recruiters will schedule a first interview (either remote or face-to-face) to explore your skills, background and motivations. During the interview, you will have the chance to share your experiences and expectations, show and give examples of your soft and hard skills and explain why you want to join us. We will provide you with information about the position, our background and our values.

Interview with business.
According to the position and seniority, you will be called to one or more face-to-face interviews in which you will have the opportunity to meet line managers and HR Business Partners.

You will receive more detailed information about the role, the activities and ongoing projects, and your future team. Finally, you will be able to ask questions directly to the line manager to really understand if we are made for each other!
