The BMW Group in Italy consists of four entities – BMW Italia, BMW Bank GmbH (Italian branch), Alphabet Italia and BMW Italia Retail – operating in synergy to offer a unique and engaging mobility experience to customers. Our about 850 employees work enthusiastically in our 9 facilities in San Donato Milanese, Volargne, Trento and Rome. The old headquarters are in San Donato Milanese, which is also home to the BMW Training Centre where our dealers are trained.

BMW Italia sells cars, motorbikes, spare parts, accessories, and related services and provides technical assistance through a qualified dealership network.
Founded in 1978 under the name BMW Financial Services Italia S.p.A., the BMW Group Finance Company has been a European subsidiary of BMW Bank GmbH since 2013. Today, we provide a wide range of customized financial and insurance services to satisfy all the needs of retail customers and companies with enthusiasm and passion. Being premium is our core competence and philosophy and it is our goal is to continue being the leading provider of premium individual mobility products and services.
Alphabet is the multi-brand long-term rental entity of BMW Group and its headquarters are in Trento. Alphabet supports companies and retail customers with innovative, efficient and sustainable premium mobility solutions. Alphabet is a pioneer in creating advanced Mobility Solutions: AlphaElectric the electric mobility solution, AlphaRent the flexible rental to meet short- and medium-term needs, and Alphabet Mobility Services, the user-friendly smartphone application that effectively supports driver mobility.
BMW Italia Retail is the official BMW Group dealer in Italy. With its four locations in Rome, it provides sales and services to BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad customers, in addition to selling parts and accessories. An extremely qualified team of about 300 people, committed to the satisfaction of its customers every day, work in the various facilities.

Our teams work enthusiastically in our 9 locations throughout Italy. Our Italian headquarters is located in the building designed by architect Kenzo Tange in San Donato Milanese, which is also home to the BMW Training Centre for the training and growth of our dealership and partner network. Other offices are located in Rome, Volargne (VR) and Trento.
