“Rewind to almost 13 years ago, when I was a trainee at the BMW Plant in Chennai. I was an avid auto enthusiast and a diehard BMW fan. I have never once imagined being able to advance into different roles in my profession – from a production associate to Human Resource and quality.

Every day at work, joy is with me, and I really enjoyed my work in all my roles at the BMW Plant in Chennai, which sparked my passion towards #sheerworkingpleasure.

I'm now starting a new role in quality function at the BMW Plant in Chennai. This position offers fantastic learning opportunities in addition to the incredible chance to receive training in Germany for a brief period of time.
