Product and Customer Experience Senior Specialist (f/m/x)
What awaits you?
- Supporting product enhancements, requirements, and processes (Lease, Loan, Service Products) and implementing new products, ensuring continuous innovation and improvement.
- Improving the Customer Journey / Experience by considering digital and other customer touchpoints, contributing to a seamless and satisfying customer interaction.
- Supporting products and services management in IT systems by reviewing and optimizing processes (including CRM), helping to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Preparing market and competition analysis regarding offers, product development, and digital processes, and delivering insightful reporting to guide strategic decisions.
- Maintaining product manuals and guidelines and preparing internal and external communication related to the product, ensuring clarity and consistency in information sharing.
- Supporting market research activities, providing valuable data to better understand customer needs and market trends.
- Closely cooperating with B2B and B2C sales, marketing, operations, finance, PMQ & IT teams to ensure effective product implementation and alignment across departments.
- Supporting cooperation with BMW Group, dealers, IT suppliers, and research companies regarding product needs, processes, and market demands, fostering strong partnerships and collaboration.
What should you bring along?
- University degree preferably in Business Administration or comparable studies with focus on marketing, financial products, projects or finance.
- At least 4 years of professional experience, out of which part in product / marketing in automotive, banking or leasing industry.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical and innovative thinking, keen on knowing latest trends.
- Good presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication in Polish and English.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, experience in Project Management and CRM knowledge would be an asset.
- Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel).
