Importer Marketing Trainee.

As an Importer Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in guiding, supporting, and shaping the marketing strategy for the BMW importer network. Your efforts will be crucial in maximizing impact and providing support to achieve national sales and marketing objectives.
What awaits you?
- Assess and guide the marketing plans of the 15 importers, aligning them with the NSC marketing and sales strategy.
- Review and approve marketing requests from dealers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with importers and Area Managers to understand their specific needs.
- Manage and control all Marketing Budget (COOP) activities, including validation and payment processes.
- Optimize importer investments to ensure effective budget administration for dealer activities.
- Provide analytic reporting on Importer Marketing activities.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or Communication.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong customer service skills, including active listening, problem-solving, and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
