At BMW Group in France, we place great importance on the integration and development of our interns and apprentices. We have established a structured support programme to provide them with the best conditions for success, growth, and potentially, the continuation of their journey within our passionate group.
Welcome and immersion.
From the moment they arrive, our interns and apprentices benefit from a friendly and immersive onboarding experience. One month after starting their positions, they participate in a morning presentation about the BMW Group: its history, its values of trust, responsibility, transparency, recognition, and openness, as well as its ambitions. This is also an opportunity to build connections, meet their key contacts, and familiarize themselves with our best practices.
Mentoring and Development.
Throughout their internship or apprenticeship, our colleagues are closely monitored by their mentors and teams. We encourage dialogue and exchange so that they can fully thrive and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment, within our many exciting professions.
A Springboard to the Future.
Two months before the end of their internship or apprenticeship, we organize an internal job dating event dedicated to our interns and apprentices. This event allows them to discover the various opportunities available within the BMW Group and to discuss their professional projects with our recruitment teams.
