CR-T-34,CR-T-34 / Sprayer

We're looking for a talented Sprayer to join our expert Paint Shop team in Goodwood, where you'll contribute to the creation of world-renowned motor cars. This is an opportunity to work with industry-leading technology, bespoke finishes and highly skilled colleagues, ensuring every vehicle leaves our production line with an exceptional level of quality and attention to detail.

What awaits you?  

• Inspection and highlighting of defects on production parts/bodies. 
• Loading of parts ready for inspection, preparation & spraying. 
• Collation of production paperwork relative to part/body steering. 
• Preparation (sanding, cleaning etc) of production parts/bodies 
• Logging defects and rework actions using the IPS-Q/FMS system 
• Manually spraying of full parts in all potential layers (primer, basecoat, clearcoat) 
• Masking and spraying of Spot Repairs for minor/major repairs. 
• Manual Sanding/Polishing of productions parts 
• Final part inspection using Quality Standard. 
• Conducting TPM activities on facility and equipment within process area. 

What should you bring along?  

• Qualifications/experience in manual substrate preparation & automotive paint application 
• Ability to work independently but also as a team 
• Ability to be flexible within the paint application areas
