Our Partnerships department at BMW Motorrad focuses on successfully implementing and advancing strategic partnerships and licensing projects. You will support our team in managing key processes and actively shaping the future of collaboration with our partners.

What awaits you?

• You will support identifying and initiating partnerships and licensing projects.
• Furthermore, you assist in managing ongoing licensing projects and preparing relevant committee documents.
• In addition, you help monitor and document project progress, including developing solutions for potential conflicts.
• Moreover, you contribute to analyzing synergies between licensing projects and initiating process improvements.
• You will also help prepare and facilitate project meetings and workshops.
• Additionally, you gain practical insights into the implementation and lifecycle management of licensing partnerships.

What should you bring along?

• Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a technical field.
• Interest in strategic partnerships, licensing models, and project management.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills and team spirit.
• Enthusiasm for the motorcycle industry and new technologies.
• Fluent German and English skills; Chinese or Indian language skills are an advantage.
