Specialist, Area Sales Management (Corporate, Fleet & E-Mobility) (f/m/x). 

What can you expect?

• Own and drive Corporate, Fleet and eMobility sales performance in Czech Republic and Slovakia, ensuring target achievement.
• Steer BMW & MINI dealer performance, focusing on finance penetration and profitability.
• Manage and optimize partnerships with full-service leasing providers, including regular performance reviews.
• Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns, marketing initiatives and events as well as support and contribute to the B2B and operating lease strategy implementation.
• Acquire new corporate customers and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Analyze market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver training and guidance to dealer sales teams to improve sales effectiveness and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and international stakeholders.

What can we expect? 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field. Master’s degree represents an advantage.
• Consumer Loan Exam as well as Insurance Exam represent an advantage.
• Experience in the financial services industry (Finance, Insurance or Banking) and 3 years of experience in similar position. Experience in the automotive industry represents an advantage. 
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products and operational experience in their sales.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in Czech/Slovak; strong English skills, German is an advantage.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams. Experience in international teams is an advantage.
