What topics can you expect?

• Play a key role in the ramp‑up of electric drive systems, ensuring a stable, capable, and scalable production setup.
• Coordinate cross‑functional ramp‑up activities across production, quality, engineering, and suppliers.
• Monitor and manage maturity levels, risks, and timelines throughout industrialization and start of series production.
• Drive the implementation and validation of processes, methods, and standards from day one.
• Identify deviations early, initiate corrective actions, and ensure a robust series ramp‑up.
• Collaborate with international plants and departments in a global production network. 

What is your professional background?

• An above-average degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Management, Operations Management, or a comparable field.
• At least six months of relevant practical experience in a production‑ or industrial‑related environment.
• A maximum of two to three years professional work experience.
• At least four months of international experience (studying, working, or travelling abroad).

What are your personal skills?

• You are fluent in German and English.
• You are highly motivated to take ownership and actively drive topics forward.
• You enjoy working on challenging projects and collaborating across functions.
• You are open to different cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking.
• You apply a creative, solution‑oriented mindset with strong out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
