What topics can you expect?
- Play a key role in the ramp‑up of electric drive systems, ensuring a stable, capable, and scalable production setup.
- Coordinate cross‑functional ramp‑up activities across production, quality, engineering, and suppliers.
- Monitor and manage maturity levels, risks, and timelines throughout industrialization and start of series production.
- Drive the implementation and validation of processes, methods, and standards from day one.
- Identify deviations early, initiate corrective actions, and ensure a robust series ramp‑up.
- Collaborate with international plants and departments in a global production network.
What is your professional background?
- An above-average degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Management, Operations Management, or a comparable field.
- At least six months of relevant practical experience in a production‑ or industrial‑related environment.
- A maximum of two to three years professional work experience.
- At least four months of international experience (studying, working, or travelling abroad).
What are your personal skills?
- You are fluent in German and English.
- You are highly motivated to take ownership and actively drive topics forward.
- You enjoy working on challenging projects and collaborating across functions.
- You are open to different cultures, perspectives, and ways of thinking.
- You apply a creative, solution‑oriented mindset with strong out‑of‑the‑box thinking.
