What awaits you?

Lead the launch and optimization of painting processes, from raw materials to the final premium finish, ensuring high quality and resource efficiency.

• Manage the introduction of new car models and painting materials, turning complex projects into clear timelines and budgets.
• Ensure the stability of dipping and painting processes to meet all production volume, safety, and cost targets.
• Drive energy saving initiatives and ensure the economical use of chemicals and materials across the paint shop.
• Act as the main contact for paint suppliers to ensure all raw materials meet our strict quality standards and resolve any claims.
• Oversee process audits and color matching activities to guarantee that every vehicle meets our premium finish requirements.
• Use your technical expertise to solve complex quality issues, with the authority to stop production if standards are not met.
• Identify ways to reduce costs and improve quality by applying lessons learned and collaborating with other technical teams.

What should you bring along?

We are seeking a chemical or industrial expert with a deep understanding of automotive painting and a rigorous approach to project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• 4+ years in automotive manufacturing (OEM or Tier 1/2).
• Specific experience in Paint Shop environments or with paint suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English (B2 essential)
